What we can and cannot do
We can delete your account and everything tied to it, fix bugs, and answer questions about how the rules work. We cannot hand back a city you lost fairly, restore a world that has ended, or change how a world in progress behaves — a world keeps its ruleset for life, and everyone in it is playing by the same one.
Your message and your email address are used only to answer you. The privacy policy says how they are handled.
